Step by step setup

Setup the webhook in your account

1. Request webhook activation from your Shiptify contact.

2. Navigate to Settings.

3. In the My Settings section, go to the Webhooks tile.

4. Click + Add new URL.

5. Select the events for which you want to receive updates.

Auto-test your webhook

Once your webhook is set up, you can test it by creating a test shipment. To do this, switch to your shipper demo account by clicking on the account icons in the top bar and selecting the shipper account.

The webhook will only be triggered once the shipment is confirmed. You can confirm the shipment manually either through the shipper side (Auto Confirm) or via the carrier side (Regular Carrier Confirmation).
